When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number if you give it. We also collect anything you choose to tell us about the business you're enquiring about — sector, whether it's a registered Thai limited company, tax/VAT registration status, approximate turnover and profit ranges, your exit timeframe, and any free-text details you add. All of these fields are optional except your name and email. We do not collect any information beyond what you enter yourself.
Solely to respond to your enquiry about selling a business in Thailand. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or pass it to any third party for marketing purposes.
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the contact form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — see "Your Rights" below.
The contact form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, purely to deliver your message to our email inbox. Formspree does not use your information for its own purposes. No other third party receives your data.
We keep enquiry information for as long as it's relevant to an ongoing or possible future conversation about the business, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we won't hold onto it indefinitely.
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, email bobparsons1982@gmail.com and we'll act on it directly.
